A Fit and Healthy Me

Hey guys! I wanted to fill you in on some of my fitness tips and tricks. I have lost about 23 pounds and get asked HOW all the time. So I am here to give you guys what has worked for me and hopefully it will work for you too!

Tip 1. Get up and move! Before last Spring, I never really exercised or got up and moved. I started walking for about an hour a day every morning. Once that got “easy” I went to 2 times a day, once in the morning and once after dinner. Recently I have started adding some running to my routine and it has made a huge difference!

Tip 2. Drink a ton of water!!! I always thought I drank enough water ( about a bottle a day) but when I started tripling what I drank I noticed a big change in the way I felt. My body didn’t feel swollen, my skin became so clear, and I just felt alive. Overtime my body has gotten used to me only drinking water, so when I do put something sugary into my body my stomach does not love it.

Tip 3. Eat healthier on a regular basis. I have tried every known diet and quick fix there ins, but it wasn’t until I changed the way I eat completely that I saw real results. I am going to share with you guys exactly what I eat day to day but please known there is probably better things to eat. This has just worked for me!

Breakfast – Belvita Breakfast Biscuits in Peanut Butter

Lunch- Couscous with canned “Mexican” corn

Dinner- Baked chicken. Garlic roasted broccoli, mushrooms, and onions. and Quinoa.

Snacks- I really enjoy gluten free pretzels or apples with some peanut butter

Disclaimer* I always have a cheat day. I find I stick more to my healthy eating when I give myself one day a week of eating what I want. Fortunately the healthier I eat daily the less I crave sugar and salty things.

Big sweaters and Berry Lips

This look is one of my favorites so far. It is so comfy all while being Fall Fashionable. I love pairing a dark lip with a light sweater, I feel like it just screams Fall!! I also live in Thigh high boots during the Fall. I just absolutely love the way they make my legs look. First Fall Fashion Look

If you follow my instgram you can keep up with me there ! This is the first Fall look I created and I love it. I am obsessed with Fall colors and creating looks around them. I think it’s a tie between olive green and a burnt orange. I am planning on SO many looks these next couple of months. Fall is my favorite fashion season for so many reasons. Clothing Haul

I knew this Fall the one thing I needed for my wardrobe was a pair of Leopard Slides. I got my pair from Macy’s on sale for $59.99. Fall is always a great time to add some animal print to your wardrobe 😉

These Leopard Slippers!! Ugh I am in love. They were $23 at Macy’s and the perfect shoe to wear while running errands or just hanging around the house. They are super comfy and chic.

Both Jeans are Levi’s and were on sale for $39 and $49. I have found a new love for Levis recently. Personally they are the most flattering brand I have tried and definitely worth your dollar.

I know it’s not technically Fall yet but I had to get just one sweater to get excited about. I snagged this baby from H&M for $29. I love big oversized sweaters and this one lays perfectly over the shoulder.

Another H&M steal. Oversized Black Tee for ….. $9.99 !!! I always feel that black and white tees are essential in a wardrobe. Basics are just as important as your fancier pieces.

This sweatshirt was too soft to pass up. I love how long it is which is perfect to wear with a pair of leggings to cover the booty.
