Healthy Mornings

 

Hi guys I wanted to share with you what I have been eating every morning for breakfast. I am desperately trying to live a healthier lifestyle and when you’re a junk food lover like myself it is a challenge. I have to admit that ever since I have changed from coffee to Green Tea in the morning I feel a lot less bloated. I start everyday with a bowl of fruit, a bowl of Cream of Wheat, and a mug of green tea with Almond Milk. I have to admit it is a rare occasion that I follow through the whole day with healthy choices, but it’s a start. xoxo
